The program
Our curriculum is based on the Odysseas Program of the Greek Ministry of Education. It aims towards the attainment of a Certificate of Greek Language. We will be offering courses for: - Level A1: Beginners (adults with little or no-prior knowledge of the Greek language) - Level A2: High Beginners (adults with basic knowledge of the Greek language) You can also take a diagnostic / placement test online on the website of the Hellenic Language Center. DURATION & PRICES
The duration of the courses is 30 weeks. Each class lasts 90 minutes. The price for the whole session, 30 weeks, is $800. Classes start on Saturday, October 30, 2021 and finish on Saturday, June 11, 2022. Note: No classes will be held on December 25th, January 1st, and April 24th. BOOKS & TECHNOLOGY
Books The books used for the classes are: Level A1 - Beginners - Εκμάθηση της Ελληνικής γλώσσας - εγχειρίδιο & τετράδιο ασκήσεων - επίπεδο Α1 - Τετράδιο ασκήσεων - επίπεδο Α1 Level A2 - High Beginners - Εκμάθηση της Ελληνικής γλώσσας - εγχειρίδιο & τετράδιο ασκήσεων - επίπεδο Α2 - Τετράδιο ασκήσεων - επίπεδο Α2 You can download the books and a) use the pdf format with your laptop or b) print them out. Additional material will be given by the teacher according to each student's needs. Technology Technology is a critical part for the success of our classes. The classes will take place online through Micorsoft's collaboration platform "Teams". In addition, as the students progress, their curriculum will constantly be enhanced with videos, articles, tests and different types of exercises, all stored and organized in Teams. BOOK DOWNLOAD
