Archangels Greek School will offer Ice Cream Day for the 2024 - 2025 school year. Our parent volunteers will serve ice cream or sorbet to the students on the third or fourth Saturday of every month.
If you wish to order ice cream or sorbet for your child, please read and fill out this on-line form, and make your payment (e-transfer receipt*, cash or by check in an envelope marked "Ice Cream Day" and return it to your child's teacher) no later than October 19, 2024.
*E-TRANSFERS MUST BE SENT TO [email protected] WITH SUBJECT ICE CREAM DAY. A PRINTED RECEIPT MUST BE GIVEN TO THE TEACHERS OR AN ELECTRONIC RECEIPT MUST BE SENT TO [email protected]
PLEASE NOTE:
Parents: Deadline for orders must be respected. There is a lot of work involved in putting together the orders for each class, and your collaboration on this matter is much appreciated. Also, if you can spare an hour or two a month to help out on Ice Cream Day, please talk to the Principal.

PLEASE NOTE:
- You will not be able to order separately for each Ice Cream Day, and there are no refunds or rain checks if your child is absent from school on that particular day.
- Your child should bring his/her lunch and his/her drink to school on that day.
- All the Ice Cream dates are marked on this Order Form.
- This order will be valid for the entire school year.
- All profit from Ice Cream Day is given back to the school as it must do its own fundraising to sustain itself.
